How to make a video presentation

We designed presbee.com to make using video as simple as possible within a presbee.com presentation.

There are four ways in which video can be used within Presbee.com.

YouTube: You can search YouTube from within Presbee.com and select the film /video that you require. Once found simply drag it onto the stage and it will appear with all of the correct video controls. Obviously you can size it and move it around to put it in exactly the precise place you want to appear.

Upload your own video: You can upload an MP4 video to the Presbee.com server and this will appear in your list of available videos. Simply drag it onto the stage and it will appear with all of the correct video controls.

Presbee.com also handles background video. This means that you can have full screen video running as a background within a slide in your presentation. Used correctly this can be a really powerful  and impactful feature to make your presentation stand out. To enable this simply upload your required video in the video background section and it will appear in your list of available videos. Simply drag this video onto the stage and you will see a placeholder of your video in the background slide. When the slide is viewed in the player mode this video will be streamed directly from the server and start playing automatically when the slide is shown.

Another really powerful feature is the use of partial videos. This is achieved by cutting out a piece of the background object and having the background video show through. This gives the effect of only having a small bit of moving image within the slide. We have found this works particularly well when only using a small bit of footage. This produces the impression of slight movement and is not too distracting to those viewing the presentation.
